Three little Mermaids – so magical!
Handmade 35cm Mermaids made with Linen and tails with mermaid nylon. These have reinforced heads and body to help eliminate wobbly heads and a crocheted hair wig to accommodate a full head of hair and any styling. Some of mine have mermaid bubble braids. Each doll can sit and has a full shaped head (no flat heads). Bespoke mermaid pearl crowns and wands are included. All faces are hand embroidered so dolls can be gently washed if needed.

Jenny Lane Rag Doll basic pattern – for download – soon!
Basic 35cm Jenny Lane Rag Doll complete with sewn on lace underpants. This doll has a tiny waist measurement of approximately 12cm. I fashioned my Mermaid dolls from this pattern – her body, head and arms are identical. I am working on releasing my pattern for sale by download soon.
Jenny Lane Rag Doll – Fairy dress
Fairy dress – made with a double lined bodice, snap fasteners, gathered skirt and lace trim, the waist has a double layered band decorated with buttons.
Jenny Lane Rag Doll – Fairy slippers and head band
My Fairy slippers are made using matching fabric to dress and appliqued with tiny butterfly motifs. The head band is fashioned with white florist wire and wrapped with leafy rope and woven with flower buttons. The ends have been wrapped to keep sharp edges away. The ends tuck beautifully into the hair wig and hold the head band in place.
Fairy wings are made using a sparkly pastel shade cotton fabric lined with stiffening to help hold the shape of butterfly wings. Easy to dress and remove at bed time.
