For orders under this amount, postage will be just $9.00 NZD
Holidays and Christmas Delivery in New Zealand
To ensure timely delivery during the Holidays it is recommended that you:
Place your order 3 days in advance during Holidays
Place your order 1 week in advance during Christmas.
New Zealand Delivery Times
Normally to your address within 3 working days. Most of our clients receive their parcel overnight if orders are sent Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 more days if you live in a rural delivery area in New Zealand.
New Zealand Parcel Service
We currently use New Zealand Posts Courier (Signature required) service by default to ensure secure delivery of your parcel.
Please note: If you have previously authorised a ATL (Authority to Leave) at your address and the parcel is lost or stolen we are unable to lodge a compensation claim with New Zealand Post.
In such cases please refer the loss to your local Police.
If you prefer not to have parcels left unattended you can update your ATL settings directly through your NZ Post account or by contacting their customer service team.
